Specialist Portable Kit
Adobe Creative Cloud Applications
We cover a full range of the Adobe Suite sessions to help you get the best out of them. Keep an eye out for sessions including: Adobe After Effects Adobe Audition Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere
Beacon first Floor
This training will grant you access to the Beacon first floor studios which include: The Arena, Gallery One, The Studios and Gallery Two. Currently, these sessions are only available for Esports students unless otherwise stated on the sign up title.
Sony FS5
This session will unlock the use of the Sony PXW-FS5 camera. There are 2x versions of the camera available (Sony Native Battery & V-Lock Batt). Once trained, you can specify which version you would like to book depending on your requirements.
Virtual Production
This training will grant you access to our Virtual Production suite within the Mellor building. There may be multiple sessions to attend to successfully allow booking of this space. Please refer to the sign up title, or speak to a technician for further info.
Rodecaster & Podcast Kit
Learn how to use our Rodecaster kit and all the peripherals it contains. This kit is ideal for creating a podcast with multiple contributors whilst also allowing remote guests to be captured via mobile phone.
Vizrt Tricaster
In this session, you will learn how to operate our Vizrt Tricaster vision mixers. These vision mixers are used in the majority of our broadcast studios across campus. This session does not allow you to book the broadcast spaces, just how to operate the vision mixers within them.

Please ensure you read the titles carefully, not all sessions will be available to you, if you sign up to a session not available to you, you shall be removed from the sign up.
